يوسف فتيس
“From fracture rises light, where pain and love transform darkness into rebirth.”
From the darkness of fracture, I open a window to the light, where color devours the shadows so that light may be born. My figures are ghosts of pain and hope, dancing between the blackness of silence and the redness of revolution, like a chaos restrained by love.
Within the body of the painting lies the trace of war, and between the folds of color, lamentation blends with song. I do not paint reality; rather, I liberate the body from its restraints toward the horizons of interpretation. It is an eternal journey from darkness into radiance, where the self dissolves into the kingdom of love and death.
